Instructions for Digital Wallet Payment 以電子錢包付款之注意事項
a. If you choose to pay by digital wallet, please do not close the page right after you paid. When the payment platform displays "Payment Successful", please continue to click "Back to Merchant" until the page shows "A confirmation email will be sent to... " before you close the page.
如選擇以電子錢包付款,請勿過早關閉頁面,當付款平台顯示「支付成功」後,請務必按「返回商戶」,直至網頁顯示「我們核實後將傳送確認電郵至你的電郵信箱... 」,方可關閉頁面。
b. If the payment is successful, please take a screenshot of the payment information for record. If you do not receive the payment confirmation email after 3 days, please email the screenshot along with your name and graduation programme and year to alumni_baf@cuhk.edu.hk for our follow-up.
如付款成功,請把付款資料截圖備檔。如三天後收不到確認付款電郵,請把截圖連同你的名字及畢業課程和年份發送至alumni_baf@cuhk.edu.hk予我們跟進。
c. Due to the regulations of the Chinese payment platforms, if alumni use Hong Kong identity documents to apply and open mainland digital wallets, they will not be able to make payments. Please use other methods such as Hong Kong digital wallets or credit cards to settle the payment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
因國內支付平台的法則規定,校友如使用以香港身份證明文件申請及開立之內地電子錢包,將不能付款。請使用其他方法如香港版電子錢包或信用卡繳付。不便之處,敬請原諒。 |
